I gifted this experience to my boyfriend for his birthday, and we couldn't have been more satisfied! We both speak German, so we chose to do it in German, but if I did not understand something then Marc was very good about clarifying in English. My boyfriend already knows a good amount about film photography (I hadn't beforehand) but we both learned so much. We had the best time hearing all about different ways to craft and develop great black & white film photos, from choosing the best film to customising the chemicals used during the development process. Marc was a wonderful and open host who answered all of our questions, let us do pretty much all of the hands-on work in the process, and created an exciting and interesting environment. He had us try everything out and practice before developing our own film. You don't have to have prior knowledge (just some exposed film to bring with you), but if you do, Marc will customise the experience to fit your needs. We highly recommend this experience, are very happy with how the pictures turned out, and definitely hope to work with Marc again in the future!

Das sehr gut strukturierte und alles Wesentliche umfassende Buch von Marc war der Auslöser, bei ihm auch die Workshops "S/W Filmentwicklung" sowie "Einführung in die analoge Dunkelkammer " zu buchen.

Meine Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Marc ist ein sehr kompetenter Fotograf, der sein Wissen verständlich und einprägsam vermitteln kann. Seine ruhige und angenehme Art trägt dazu bei, dass eine effektive Arbeitsstimmung entsteht und keine Frage unbeantwortet bleibt. Die Ausstattung seines Labors ist ebenso optimal. Ich werde diese Workshops weiterempfehlen.

Hier kann man wirklich viel mitnehmen, egal mit welchen Kenntnissen man kommt. Man merkt einfach, dass Marc wahnsinnig viel Erfahrung hat, mit vielen Filmen/Entwicklern und Motiven. Der Kurs "Einführung in die Filmentwicklung" bei Marc Stache bringt wirklich einen Motivationsschub für die analoge Photographie. Marc nimmt sich Zeit, erklärt die einzelnen Schritte der Filmentwicklung ausführlich und zeigt jeden Handgriff mit Ruhe und Gelassenheit. Die beiden Adox-Silvermax-Filme, die wir gemeinsam entwickelt haben, sind sehr gut gelungen.
